As a key member of our Marriott International team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and maintain the operating budget, ensuring that standards and legal obligations are followed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
What We Offer
