Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Christopher Stewart Wine & Spirits Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, including arranging travel and accommodations for attendees.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and guests, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
