Personal Lines Insurance Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Insurance Representative to join our team at Co-operators. As a key player in the support and development of our agency operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through the sales and service of personal lines products (auto and home insurance) and other related services.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and are looking to build a career in the insurance industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their goals. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth will make you a valuable asset to our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as experience working with personal lines insurance products. A General Insurance License or the willingness to obtain one within two months is required. Additionally, knowledge of auto and property insurance products and selling techniques is an asset. Proficiency in Arabic and/or Farsi would also be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and service of personal lines insurance products (auto and home insurance)
- Prospecting and cross-selling additional products/services that benefit clients
- Completing front-line risk assessments and selections following underwriting guidelines
- IDentifying risks requiring inspections and re-inspections, and completing them when necessary
- Achieving individual goals for client service, sales, quality, and productivity
- Supporting programs to build multi-client relationships
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving customer complaints
