At Co-operators, we're committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. As an Associate Insurance Advisor I, you'll play a key role in supporting our agency operations and driving sales and service growth for our personal lines products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales and service of Co-operators personal lines products, including auto and home insurance
  • Prospecting and cross-selling to identify and recommend additional products and services that benefit clients
  • Completing front-line risk assessments and selections following underwriting guidelines
  • Identifying and addressing client needs and concerns, and escalating issues as necessary
  • Supporting programs to build multi-client relationships and drive business growth

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A General Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within two months
  • One year of sales and service experience or related business experience
  • Knowledge of auto and property insurance products and selling techniques
