At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our customers. As a Senior Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our Account Executives and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Account Executive in managing their commercial book of business, including assisting with sales and retention targets.
- Develop and present innovative coverage solutions to meet our clients' needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote the cross-selling of Western Coast Insurance Services products.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers.
- Mentor commercial insurance advisor peers and encourage professional growth and development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting sales targets as an individual and as a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in the face of adversity.
- RIBO Insurance License required.
- Passion for helping people, self-driven, and driven to succeed.
- Preferred understanding of commercial policy wordings/coverage's.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working experience in EPIC an asset.
What We Offer:
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week.
- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Salary: $62,000 - $90,000.
