MAC Retail Store Manager - Full Time Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Manage in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
