About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Student Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing accurate and timely information regarding admission requirements, program and course details, and other student-related matters.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and training process for teaching assistants, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Verify the eligibility of applicants, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with university policies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of university policies, rules, regulations, and guidelines, providing expert advice to students and staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of student services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to student concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a student services environment, with a preference for front-line experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff.
