About the Job

As the HVAC & Energy Efficiency Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading our sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and establishing our position as a market leader in the commercial air distribution sector and energy efficiency services.

You'll leverage your industry expertise and relationship-building skills to identify new market opportunities, develop and implement robust sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's vision and energy efficiency commitment, ensuring a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer trends and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends, sales data, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market growth and customer satisfaction.
  6. Reporting: Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasting and budgeting, and report on progress towards sales goals to the President.
  7. Education and Training: Spearhead a comprehensive educational initiative, delivering technical webinars and workshops for mechanical engineers and architects.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, specifically in HVAC or Energy Efficiency.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
  4. Strong understanding of the commercial HVAC market and energy efficiency products.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to recruit, train, and inspire a sales team.
  6. Excellent English, with strong oral and written proficiency.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Must meet pre-employment screening requirements.
