Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Services Coordinator to join our team at BGIS. As a Property Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of services related to the ongoing operation of our buildings.

Your primary responsibilities will include processing service requests, maintaining a database of requests, and ensuring contractual services are issued against corresponding POs. You will also prepare and publish tenders as required, and coordinate with contractors and building technicians to ensure proper work order and procurement processes are followed.

In addition to these key duties, you will also be responsible for reviewing and investigating problem invoices, preparing accurate information and reports for Finance and Management, and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to ensure accuracy of reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process service requests received by telephone, email, and personal visits
  • Maintain a database of service requests
  • Ensure contractual services are issued against corresponding POs
  • Prepare and publish tenders as required
  • Coordinate with contractors and building technicians
  • Review and investigate problem invoices
  • Prepare accurate information and reports for Finance and Management
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
