Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Group Canada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with disabilities and seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to facility policies.
- Exercise judgment and leadership skills to maintain the operation of the facility in the absence of senior personnel.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse certification with a valid license in good standing.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and seniors is an asset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing care.
