Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Engineer to drive business growth in the industrial and mass market segments in the EU region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to support the application needs of our customers and driving the roadmap of our next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in the industrial and mass market segments in the EU region, exceeding market growth targets.
  • Grow Customer Opportunities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving the majority of pending opportunities to successful DIN (Design-In Notification) status.
  • Drive Planning and Manufacturing Ops: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient planning and manufacturing operations, exceeding customer expectations on NPI (New Product Introduction) volume ramps.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolving system issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Timing Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to expert on timing solutions, driving business development and product adoption.
  • Content Creation: Develop and create technical literature, such as articles, blogs, and other promotional materials, to position Renesas as the market leader for timing solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide ongoing training and enablement materials to the field (Sales, FAE, and Distribution channel) to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively promote and sell our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of analog products, excellent business acumen, and strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player, organized, disciplined, persistent, motivated, and open to coaching.
  • Customer Interaction: Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation.
  • Integrity and Accountability: Willingness to have an integrity-first mindset and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Travel: Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
