About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Engineer to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the industrial and mass market segments in the EU region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue in the industrial and mass market segments, targeting growth faster than the market.
  • Grow Customer Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing the customer DIN opportunity funnel and driving majority of pending opportunities to successful DIN.
  • Drive Planning and Manufacturing Ops: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations on NPI volume ramps, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers, resolving system issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in timing solutions, driving business development and product adoption.
  • Content Creation: Develop technical literature, such as articles, blogs, and other promotional materials, to position Renesas as a market leader in timing solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide ongoing training and enablement materials to the field, ensuring sales, FAE, and distribution channel teams have the necessary knowledge to succeed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent: Required for this role.
  • 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven experience in product marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of business principles, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Eligible to Work in Canada: Must be eligible to work in Canada without requiring a work visa.
  • Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, as required.
