Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth for our industrial and mass market segments in the EU region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying gaps in our portfolio, supporting demand creation, and driving tactical product marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue faster than the market in the industrial and mass market segments in the EU region.
  • Grow Customer DIN Opportunity Funnel: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and drive majority of pending opportunities to successful DIN.
  • Drive Planning and Manufacturing Ops: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations on NPI volume ramps.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and interact closely with them to resolve system issues.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become the timing subject matter expert and be accountable for business development and product adoption.
  • Content Creation: Create technical literature such as articles, blogs, and other technical promotional materials to position Renesas as the market leader for timing solutions.
  • Training and Enablement: Provide ongoing training and enablement material to the field (Sales/FAE and Distribution channel).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Relevant Field
  • Good Understanding of Analog Products
  • High Level of Business Acumen and Excellent Writing and Presentation Skills
  • Team Player with Excellent Customer Interaction and Negotiation Skills
  • Integrity First Mindset and Accountability
  • Eligible to Work in Canada and Willing to Travel up to 25% of the Time
