Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to drive the timing business in industrial and mass market segments in the EU region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for identifying gaps in our portfolio to support addressing application needs and driving the roadmap of our next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth for industrial and mass market segments in the EU region by targeting to grow revenue faster than the market.
  • Grow the customer DIN opportunity funnel and drive majority of pending opportunities to successful DIN.
  • Drive planning and manufacturing ops to exceed customer expectations on NPI volume ramps.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and interact closely with them to resolve system issues.
  • Become the timing subject matter expert and be accountable for business development and product adoption.
  • Create technical literature such as articles, blogs, and other technical promotional materials to position Renesas as the market leader for timing solutions.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement material to the field (Sales/FAE and Distribution channel).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience relevant to the job description and key responsibilities section.
  • Good understanding of analog products strongly preferred.
  • Holds a high level of business acumen and excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Willing to be a team player, organized, disciplined, persistent, motivated, and open to being coached.
  • Possess excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation.
  • Willing to have an integrity-first mindset.
  • Willing to be accountable and take ownership.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
