Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At Catch Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our electrical projects from initiation to closeout. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Lead project planning, design, and execution activities.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks as they arise.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or a Diploma in Technology in a related field or equivalent relative experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, electrical preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, design and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal).
