About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, urban roadways, bridges, and other civil works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple project delivery teams, overseeing their performance and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement training programs and tools to support service delivery excellence.
  • Provide project leadership and design review expertise to clients, representing their best interests and achieving their strategic objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, applying your deep understanding of design, construction, and operation of transportation and civil infrastructure assets.
  • Lead clients through the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the infrastructure services business unit, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or public sector engineering, delivering transportation and civil infrastructure projects for local and regional municipalities and provincial ministries.
  • Experience in closing new business, winning key pursuits, and mentoring new employees.
  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Eng. and/or PMP designations are required.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective client, stakeholder, and people management skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve complex issues.
