We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Assistant to join our team at KKetchum Consulting. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our daycare programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including cleaning and organizing the daycare area.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in childcare or a related field.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
