  • Risk Management and Compliance
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring that all transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements.

    • Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities, collaborating with colleagues to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College Diploma/University Degree in a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of financial services and operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Industry Certifications
    • CSC (Canadian Securities Course).
    • CPH (Canadian Professional in Human Resources).
    • IIROC licensed as an IR and DFOL (Derivative Fund Options License).
