Investment Representative

As an Investment Representative with Scotia iTRADE, you will be the primary point of contact for clients through our inbound Contact Centre. This role requires a licensed professional to execute trade orders on behalf of clients, providing prompt, accurate, and professional service while maintaining call quality standards and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure client complaints are resolved, communicated, documented, and archived, minimizing potential risk and harm to the business.
- Perform margin client interviews to assess client knowledge regarding account upgrades.
- Identify and resolve trading discrepancies efficiently and accurately, requesting or processing trade corrections with compliance or management approval.
- Adhere to all Guidelines for Business Conduct and Privacy policies.
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin.
- Broad investment product knowledge in Equities, Fixed Income, and Mutual Fund Securities.
- Strong attention to detail and risk recognition for the firm.
- Knowledge of back office functionalities.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads for optimum telephone coverage and adherence to established service standards.
- IIROC licensed as an IR and DFOL (Derivative Fund Options License).
