Job DescriptionThe Staff Development and Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff members at Actionmarguerite sites. This will involve assessing staff development needs, prioritizing and planning programming, and evaluating its effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or Organizational Development
- Adult Education Certificate or equivalent
- Five years of recent related experience in adult education and/or organizational and staff development
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management, and group facilitation
- Experience in developing and managing an e-learning platform and content
