About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at XYZ Contractor. As a key member of our outdoor spaces management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Labor Management
    • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and quality.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Materials and Equipment Management
    • Source and procure materials and equipment as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong project management and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
