About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Homeworks Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support landscape construction projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed work records and logs to track project progress and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. You will be working in a dynamic team and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in your role.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
