About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Homeworks Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent work quality and productivity.
  • Material Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions
