About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Homeworks Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Material Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in landscape construction or a related field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to outdoor elements.
