About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Representative to join our team at Northbridge Financial. As a Claims Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also supporting our Claims Adjusters in their technical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support services to our Claims Adjusters through telephone claims
  • Maintain data quality and service levels within the department
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)
  • 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team-first mentality
