We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Representative to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Claims Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while also ensuring that all claims are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Review and process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims activity
Requirements
- Post-secondary education (College or University)
- 2 years of front-line customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
