Job Title: Account Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Publicis Worldwide. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing project plans, and ensuring timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Manage project execution, ensuring all timelines are met, and production processes are followed.

2. Communication Skills:

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, lead project meetings, and develop and distribute contact reports.

3. Client Understanding:

Develop an understanding of the client's business and customer lifecycle, and provide insights to support business growth.

4. Creative Strategy Preparation:

Understand client objectives, develop creative briefs, and provide creative teams with necessary information to kick off projects.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an agency environment or marketing position
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and cross-team coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
