Role Overview:

Cadillac Fairview is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and input of invoice batches into finance systems. This role is also responsible for reviewing, approving, and supporting invoices and expenses before payments are processed and documentation is filed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoice batches into CF Voyager system
  • Review and approve invoices and employee expenses
  • Distribute payments to suppliers on a timely basis
  • Ensure Accounts Payable process is in compliance with Certification Process Documentation and Delegated Authorities Policy
  • Conduct reviews of accounts as directed and prepare reports on findings
  • Maintain cost allocation formulas for departments/suppliers
  • Provide training to new and existing staff on AP policies and procedures
  • Prepare and document bank reconciliations
  • Review and upload AP templates for cost allocation across multiple cost centres
  • Respond to inquiries from suppliers and company staff
  • Ensure all AP filing is maintained properly

Requirements:

  • University or College degree in Business/Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of years' experience in an accounts payable position, experience in Real Estate/Property Management environment a definite asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team
