Executive Director, Music Education

The Guelph Youth Music Centre is seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead our organization in its mission to educate, enrich, and foster the development of youth through music and the arts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive current programs and secure long-term revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify and secure funding sources through corporate and private sponsors, grants, foundations, and other fundraising activities
- Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate youth music and arts programs, fostering volunteerism and sound financial and facility management
- Music training and arts programming experience
- Collaborative skills and grant writing experience
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Suite, QuickBooks Online, and social media platforms
A competitive salary of $60,000–$62,000, basic benefits including medical, dental, and life insurance, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of youth through music and the arts.
