About the Role

The Guelph Youth Music Centre is seeking a visionary Executive Director to drive the organization's growth and success. As a key member of the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for leading the operational management of the Centre and its programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure funding sources and drive revenue growth
  • Lead the development and delivery of youth music and arts programs
  • Foster volunteerism and community partnerships
  • Ensure sound financial and facility management
  • Collaborate with the Board to identify and pursue new opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Music training and arts programming experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Board and staff
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Suite, QuickBooks Online, and social media platforms
What We Offer

The Guelph Youth Music Centre offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$62,000, as well as basic benefits including medical, dental, and life insurance.
