Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and site managers, to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction projects meet the required quality standards, including health and safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication, project updates, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail. The role will involve regular travel to construction sites and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
