At Star Electrical Services Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, administering policies and procedures related to record release, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. You will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary work language.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
**Support for Youths**
You will also participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
**Support for Indigenous People**
