About the Role

The Project Manager - Modernization Lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority projects within Teva Pharmaceuticals. This includes modernization, Digilab, lab and operations scheduling tool implementation, eBR, and other key projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, procurement, planning, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple groups within the site to ensure strategic initiatives are executed according to agreed-upon local and global timelines.
  • Manage activities and communicate modernization transformation to all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with business heads to strategize communication and training plans for business unit members.
  • Oversee project plans while ensuring alignment with the site objectives, KPIs, and market requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management of multiple complex projects with an understanding of regulatory and quality aspects of pharmaceuticals and supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP (equipment and computer validation) and RA requirements within the manufacturing and packaging environments for pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of financial functions.
