Heavy Equipment Operations Manager

Mianco Group Inc. is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our heavy equipment operators and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of heavy equipment operators to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to heavy equipment operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and control costs, materials, and supplies to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on project progress, safety incidents, and other relevant matters.
- 11-15 years of experience in heavy equipment operations and supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- On the road job.
- Permanent position.
- 35-40 hours per week.
- English language.
