The Project Manager - Modernization Lead will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority projects within Teva Pharmaceuticals. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to achieve local and global initiatives and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, leveraging project management systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, Engineering, and IT teams to implement new model capabilities.
  • Communicate modernization transformation to all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure alignment with site objectives, KPIs, and market requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on pharmaceuticals and supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, equipment and computer validation, and RA requirements.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and change management.
