Job Title: Truck Supervisor

Highlight Motor Freight Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 truck drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, recommending personnel actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
