Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at ATF TRANSPORT INC.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers to ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of truck drivers to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and report on driver performance, including hours of service, fuel efficiency, and safety records
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve driver skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
