Job Title: Truck Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Truck Supervisor to join our team at Highlight Motor Freight Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, training or arranging for training, dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise truck drivers and projects
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes
  • Coordinate and schedule activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and team player
