Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at ATF TRANSPORT INC.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of transportation logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with dispatchers to plan and optimize routes
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and efficiency
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of transportation logistics and regulations
