Food Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Simply Fremont Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, presenting menu items and daily specials in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Order Taking and Relay: Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Payment and Settlement: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards, travellers cheques, or room billings.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Language: English language proficiency required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
