About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Executive Chef to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, taking pride in presenting them in an appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Training and Development: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintenance and Cleaning: Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding high standards of hygiene and appearance.
