Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at Earls Restaurant (Grande Prairie) Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent culinary skills and experience in managing kitchen operations. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory, as well as preparing and cooking food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Prepare and cook food to high standards, ensuring consistency and quality
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain efficient operations
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
As an Executive Chef Assistant at Earls Restaurant (Grande Prairie) Ltd., you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
