Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at WSS Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team information flow, directing daily operations, and supervising staff.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team information flow: Ensure seamless communication within the team by organizing and disseminating information in a timely manner.
  • Direct daily operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise staff: Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Evaluate daily operations: Assess the effectiveness of team processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Manage contracts: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of contracts with external partners and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Supervises 3-4 people: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of administrative staff.
  • Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs is essential for this role.
