Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales teams, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately recorded and stored.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays to maximize sales and attract customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
