Retail Store Manager

Mandy and Raj's Valu-Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and manage employee performance
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records
- 5-10 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
