Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at George Dumont Service Station Co Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that the store is staffed appropriately at all times.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that products are easily accessible to customers.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage sales workers and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic to ensure that the store is staffed and operating effectively at all times.
- 1 to 2 people will be supervised.
- 40 hours per week will be worked.
- Permanent employment will be offered.
- English will be the primary language of communication.
