Retail Store Manager

Mandy and Raj's Valu-Mart is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and manage store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Supervise and coordinate activities of store staff
- Manage cash and maintain a secure store environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Flexibility, organization, and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
