Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at George Dumont Service Station Co Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are working efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers and ensure they are working effectively as a team.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, team player, ability to multitask.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
