We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Martie Murphy, Jim Tollestrup. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and ovens, to prepare a variety of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas.
- 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
