About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Mojos Craft Pub & Grill. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
